About Our Officers

The quality of our officers begins with the selection process. The best qualified officers within each client’s budget are screened and hired. We select applicants with clean backgrounds who can pass our strict drug testing program.

We emphasize physical appearance and personal hygiene; all our security officers must maintain strict grooming standards and report to work in a clean and neatly pressed attire.

Employees will undergo background investigations, which include, but are not necessarily limited to the following:

  1. Employment application review and verification.
  2. Interview and testing to determine basic abilities for the position and suitability (right fit) for the post.
  3. Background check – criminal, sexual predator, and others as described below.
  4. Pre-employment and random drug testing. Quest Diagnostics is our contracted drug testing facility.

All licensed security officers must submit their fingerprints and photographs to the state and undergo a national criminal history check conducted by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI).

Our company also conducts additional criminal checks.
